The 12 Days of Fitness: 12 Minute Healthy Dates

It’s New Year’s Resolutions time and to celebrate, Love Actually has teamed up with Ashley from A Daily Dose of Dieting to bring you a romantically-charged healthy routine to jump start your New Year’s Resolutions (being that fitness and healthy eating are probably the number one New Year’s resolutions.)

Exercise and healthy eating have been known to boost your mood, happiness, self-esteem, confidence and have countless other benefits. And those benefits in turn can bring benefits to your relationship (improved romance and intimacy are just two examples), which is why these two relatively different blogs have come together for this post!

Together, we’ve come up with the “12 Days of Fitness", a series of 12 minute healthy dates for 12 days with a fun downloadable chart for you to track your progress.

Often times, my excuse not to exercise or eat healthy is, “I just don’t have time.” But, if asked if I had 12 minutes a day to improve my relationship, my answer would most definitely be “Yes!”
